Day 1

• Customers are responsible to remove any objects within a 60’ radius that is obstructing the way.
• Remove any concrete, deck, pavers or any other materials.
• Set the forms of your project and compact a 4” base of #53 crushed limestone.

Day 2

• Customers are responsible to prevent people, pets, or any other objects off of the project.
• Reinforcement installed on the compacted base.
• Pour 4” of 5000 psi concrete.
• Strike off, bull float, and hand float the concrete.
• Caution tape placed to help prevent traffic onto project.

Day 3

• Customers are responsible to prevent people, pets, or any other objects off of the project.
• Saw cut control joints if requested.
• Protect project by applying concrete sealer.
• Backfill soil, seed, and apply protective blanket.
